This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Oleh Herasymenko ("Licensor", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the mobile application Quro (the "App"), available on the App Store.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
IMPORTANT: This Agreement incorporates by reference the Licensed Application End User License Agreement published by Apple, Inc. (available at Apple Standard EULA). The terms of this Agreement are not less restrictive than Apple's standard EULA terms.
The license granted to you for the App is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
This license does not allow you to use the App on any Apple device you do not own or control. Except as provided in the Usage Rules, you may not distribute or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices simultaneously.

Quro is a personal finance tracking tool for informational purposes only. The App does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or any other regulated financial service.
The AI assistant within the App may generate suggestions, analysis, or recommendations based on the data you provide. These are produced automatically by an artificial intelligence system and are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional financial advice and should not be relied upon as the basis for any financial decision.
We are not a licensed financial advisor, bank, investment firm, or regulated financial institution. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making significant financial decisions.
The Service uses Google Vertex AI to provide AI-powered features including receipt scanning, transaction import, and financial chat assistant. You consent to AI processing of your financial data when you tap Get Started on the Welcome screen, where this consent is referenced in the legal notice immediately below the button. The Privacy Policy linked there explains exactly which data is sent to Google Vertex AI and for what purpose. You may withdraw your consent at any time in Settings → AI Features. If you withdraw and later attempt to use an AI feature, the App will display a re-consent prompt explaining what will be processed.
By using AI features, you acknowledge that your financial data (transaction descriptions, receipt images, document content, category names) is sent to Google Vertex AI for processing. Google processes this data solely to provide the requested service, does not use it for model training, and does not retain it after processing. All AI processing occurs within the EU (europe-west1 region).
You further acknowledge and agree that:
AI Usage Limits: AI features are subject to a fair usage limit. The current limit is displayed within the App. Licensor reserves the right to adjust the limit at any time with reasonable notice.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the App. You agree that:
Anonymous onboarding: To allow you to start onboarding without friction, the App creates a temporary anonymous Firebase account when you tap Get Started. Your onboarding answers, generated categories, and budget suggestions are stored under this anonymous identifier. You complete account creation by signing in with Apple or Google at the end of onboarding — at that point the anonymous account is linked to your permanent identity, and the data carries over. If you do not complete sign-in within a reasonable period, the anonymous account and any associated data may be removed.
To complete account creation, you must sign in using Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In. Email and password registration is not supported.
You are responsible for:
Termination by you: You may terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting your account (Settings → Account → Delete account) and uninstalling the App.
Termination by Licensor: Licensor reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App with reasonable notice if you breach any term of this Agreement or the App Store Terms of Service. In cases of material breach, fraud, abusive behavior, or where required by law, termination may be immediate without prior notice.
Upon termination, your license to use the App immediately ceases. Sections 2, 3, 12, 13, 14, and 19 of this Agreement survive termination.
The App offers a Family Space feature that allows multiple users to share a financial account. Family Space is available to all users at no additional cost. Creating or joining a Family Space does not require a subscription. AI features are licensed per individual user — the owner's Pro subscription does not extend AI access to other Family Space members.
The App offers a free tier that includes full access to core features without a subscription:
AI-powered features (chat assistant, receipt scanning, bank statement import) require an active Quro Pro subscription.
The App offers a single auto-renewable subscription plan via Apple In-App Purchase:
Pro grants access to AI-powered features (chat assistant, receipt scanning, bank statement import). All other features (manual transaction entry, accounts, categories, budgets, scheduled payments, currency conversion, Family Space) remain free.
AI features under Pro are subject to a fair usage limit displayed within the App. Licensor reserves the right to adjust the limit at any time with reasonable notice.
A 7-day free trial is available for new Pro subscribers. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple based on your Apple ID. The trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. You will not be charged during the trial period.
If you have an active subscription and reinstall the App or create a new account, you can restore your subscription via the Restore Purchases option available in the paywall screens and in Settings → Subscriptions.
All purchases are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's standard refund policies. The Licensor has no obligation to provide refunds directly. To request a refund, visit: reportaproblem.apple.com
EU consumers: As an EU consumer, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal. Since all purchases are processed through Apple, withdrawal requests should be directed to Apple via the link above.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion requires re-authentication for security.
Upon account deletion, the following is permanently and irreversibly deleted:
Deletion is immediate. There is no grace period or recovery option.
Subscription: Active subscriptions managed by Apple are not automatically cancelled upon account deletion. You must cancel your subscription separately via iOS Settings → Subscriptions.
If you are a member (not owner) of a Family Space: your membership is removed automatically upon account deletion. Shared data you contributed remains in the Family Space as it belongs to the shared account, not to you individually.
If you are the owner of a Family Space: you must delete the Family Space before deleting your account.
After deleting your account, you may create a new account and restore your active subscription via Restore Purchases. Previously entered personal data cannot be recovered.
The App allows you to scan receipts using your device camera or import documents from your photo library or files for AI-assisted parsing.

The App, including its design, code, content, and branding, is owned by Oleh Herasymenko and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App as described in this Agreement.
You may not:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Licensor does not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
The Licensor's total liability to you for any claims arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or €50, whichever is greater.
Licensor is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the App. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App.

Licensor, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including:
In the event of any third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights, Licensor, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
You represent and warrant that:
Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement. Upon your acceptance of this Agreement, Apple has the right to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary.
Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
For EU users: In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you may also benefit from the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident.
Dispute Resolution: We encourage you to contact us first at thevaltorna@gmail.com to resolve any disputes informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible.
This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor with respect to the App and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
Licensor may modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Agreement within the App and on our support website. The Effective Date at the top will be updated accordingly. If you do not agree with the changes, you may delete your account. Continued use of the App after 30 days constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
For material changes that affect the legal basis of data processing or your fundamental rights, we will provide in-App notification with the option to review and accept the changes before they take effect. If you do not accept such changes, you may terminate this Agreement by deleting your account.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Licensor from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
